Fabric is a 95% Cotton 5% Spandex French Fleece (with loops on the inside, not fuzz). Machine wash cold, hang dry is best. This fabric does ok in the dryer on low if you're in a hurry, but it will shrink approximately 1-1.5" in length.  
 
Made in Haliburton by me of course :) Fabric is manufactured in Turkey and I import it from Dutch wholesaler Nooteboom.
